The Series 2 single-cylinder air-cooled diesel engine is an upgraded version with optimized combustion chamber and intake/exhaust systems, offering larger torque reserve and lower fuel consumption for heavier-load and longer-duty agricultural and industrial equipment.
Main Technical Features
- Reinforced block with forced-draught cooling and enlarged fins lowers oil temperature and thermal load; FEA-optimized block ensures stable high-efficiency operation.
- Imported steel piston rings prevent premature liner wear for longer life and sustained power.
- All-new injection system with reinforced pump and small-orifice low-inertia P-type injectors delivers finer atomization, more complete combustion and lower fuel use.
- High-quality governor with automatic fuel correction gives fast acceleration and clean combustion; integrates idle, governing, emergency stop and fuel correction.
- Low-noise muffler with domestically leading internal structure reduces overall noise by more than 20%.
- Applicable scope: small construction machinery, orchard management machinery, agricultural machinery, water pump sets and generator sets.
- Enhanced crank body: by adopting forced air cooling method, increases the heat area of crank body and cylinder head radiator, efficiently reduces the engine oil temperature and the heat load of the entire machine.
- Imported steel piston ring: imported steel piston ring are used to efficiently avoid early wear of piston and cylinder liner.
- Upgraded fuel injection system: more reliable fuel injection performance and higher pressure of fuel injection.
- High-quality speed control system, automatically correction of oil supply system, fast speed increasing, clean combustion without black smoke.
- Low noise muffler; efficiently reduce noise and exhaust resistance. The whole machine noise is reduced by more than 20%.
