Main Technical Features

• Imported steel piston rings effectively prevent premature wear between piston and liner, extending service life and sustaining power output.
• All-new fuel-injection system: reinforced injection pump with higher injection pressure, paired with small-orifice low-inertia P-type injectors for finer atomization, more complete combustion, stronger power and lower fuel consumption.
• High-quality governor with automatic fuel correction delivers fast acceleration and clean, smoke-free combustion; integrates idle, speed governing, emergency stop and fuel correction in one unit for small speed fluctuation and stable governing.

• Enhanced crank body: by adopting forced air cooling method, increases the heat area of crank body and cylinder head radiator, efficiently reduces the engine oil temperature and the heat load of the entire machine. It adopts a new reinforced body optimized by finite element analysis and optimization, which ensures the stability of efficient mechanical operation.
• Imported steel piston ring: imported steel piston ring are used to efficiently avoid early wear of piston and cylinder liner. The machine get longer service life and lasting power.
• Upgraded fuel injection system: Adopting a new reinforced design of fuel injection pump, which has more reliable fuel injection performance and higher pressure of fuel injection. When combined with a small-diameter, low-inertia p-type injector, the fuel injection atomization effect is better, the combustion is more complete, and the power is stronger and the fuel consumption is lower.
• High-quality speed control system, automatically correction of oil supply system, fast speed increasing, clean combustion without black smoke. The leading simplified optimized structural design integrates the four major functions of idling, speed regulation, emergency stop and oil volume adjustment. The speed fluctuation is small and the speed regulation is more stable.
• Low noise muffler; Adopts China domestic leading muffler internal structure, it can efficiently reduce noise and exhaust resistance. The whole machine noise is reduced by more than 20%.
