Jialing Welding Generators
The Jialing welding generator line is manufactured by China Jialing Industry Co., Ltd. (Group) and comprises 2 standard models (EG200A, JY4000XQ-180A). Jialing is a state-owned enterprise under China South Industries Group, with a national technology center, post-doctoral research station, 5 domestic production bases, 4 overseas subsidiaries and an annual output of 1 million engines and generator sets, certified to ISO9001/ISO14001/CCC. These dual-purpose units serve both as DC arc-welding power sources and as 50/60Hz, 110/220V AC generators for power tools and lighting. The EG200A uses a GX390 (389cc) engine with 50–200A welding current, 22–28V welding voltage, 4.0kW auxiliary output, a 25L tank and a net weight of 95.2kg. The JY4000XQ-180A is a portable model with a 225cc engine, 10–170A welding current, 3.5kW auxiliary output, a 6L tank and a net weight of 39kg. They are widely used in field pipeline construction, steel-structure erection, municipal repair, oilfields and mines, rural construction and disaster relief — one machine handles both welding and power generation in off-grid locations.
