Jialing is a state-owned enterprise under China South Industries Group, with a national technology center, post-doctoral research station, 5 domestic production bases, 4 overseas subsidiaries and an annual output of 1 million engines and power products, certified to ISO9001/ISO14001/CCC. All models use Jialing GX160/GX200 gasoline engines (163/196cc), a 254mm auger, 13×4.1 snow tires, 6 forward and 2 reverse gears, and throw snow 9–12m, with reliable starting down to -20°C. Clearing widths span 22"/24"/26" with net weights of 53.5/56.5/59.5kg respectively, suited to winter snow clearing on northern-city roads, sidewalks, parking lots, residential compounds, industrial parks, yards, airports and docks.
