Direct-Connected Generator Set
Direct-connected generator set couples the engine and alternator on the same shaft for minimal transmission loss, high efficiency, compact layout and low vibration — well-suited for industrial, commercial and emergency power applications.
Main Technical Features
- Suspended base reduces vibration damage to the diesel engine and alternator.
- All-copper brushed alternator (all-copper brushless optional) with built-in AVR for more stable voltage and ample power.
- Thickened muffler and digital display instrument enhance the overall level of the unit.
- Self-charging function with voltage stabilizer protects the battery (shock-absorbing pad fitted under the battery).
- Luxury new alloy nylon water tank — permanently free of vibration cracks.
- Adopting a suspended base to reduce damage to diesel engines and generators caused by vibration.
- All copper brushed motor (optional with all copper brushless motor), built-in AVR, more stable voltage and sufficient power.
- Adopting thickened muffler digital display instrument to improve the level of the unit.
- The self charging function with a voltage stabilizing device protects the battery (there is a shock absorber pad at the bottom of the battery).
- Featuring a luxurious new alloy nylon water tank, it never experiences any vibration or cracking troubles.
