Precision Gear Machining
Precision gear machining covers helical gears, spur gears, cluster gears and reverse idler gears, with DIN 6-8 accuracy class and module 0.5-8. We use 20CrMnTi, 40Cr and 42CrMo alloy structural steels with carburizing quenching and induction hardening to ensure hard tooth surfaces and tough cores — delivering smooth, low-noise, long-life transmissions. Widely used in motorcycle and automotive gearboxes, agricultural machinery and construction equipment. ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 certified.
